Good morning!
My name is Alex, I am 30 years old.
I want to tell about my case of desease.
After some desease of nondefined origin 4 years ago (it’s maybe
influenza or encephalitis not clear causation). Typical symptoms of
first months of desease: bad sleep night (quick awakening after
minutes of sleep with anxiety and convulsions), impairment of
consciousness day’s, during the day: insensibility, debility, drowse,
short-breathed, aggravation of damage when I sitting or lieing and
improvement when I upright. I feel this symptoms: weakness (in my
wrist too), day’s hypersomnia - aggravation of damage in sunlight
(nearly loss of consciousness in the first year of illness), feeling
of muscle twist, muscle tension (left side of stomach, neck, back,
occiput, legs) dysergia, tremble at the foot, awkwardness of
movements, facial numbness (left side), intense burning (sometimes
like "scalding waves" especially in my legs), trouble of speech,
slackening of memory, dormancy, obnubilation, pricking of all body
(aggravation of damage in hot bath), (polyneuropathy), not great
cross-eye, night hyperhidrosis, itching of nerves (most arms and
back), torticollis, swelling in my head, cutting pain inside legs and
head (most shampoo head), I don’t have temperature rise 3 year after
my desease. I have attacks of fever of hyperhidrosis. Feeling what my
brain is dry (vasculitis?) and many smallest bubbles in it
(inflammation?). Hard spot on my tongue (as sand). Feeling what my
head and body (inside) be overgrown, be covered and my blood is
circulate bad – as through cotton wool. I often feel chill,
formication on the small body region at behind neck back of the head
(lymph node?) whereupon reinforce drowse and weakness.
Interesting, what I don’t have itching now but when I drink sour-milk
I have very strong of nerves again, but simultaneously with it and
when I comb I feel noticeable improvement of my health.
Оn MRI my brain has left region of temple with increased fireplace
(foci) of signal (this has size 5 х 6,5 mm).
And on my legs I had appearance of skin rash (hemorrhage?) - see my
photos below (click for enlarge).What is this?

Your complaints have signs of autonomic nerve disturbance without clear signs which point in the direction of MS. Your skin lesions look like scratch effects. Whether this is MS or not is difficult to say without having any information about any diagnostic tests (MRI, CSF investigation). For the skin lesions I would advise you to consult a dermatologist.
